The old pump was a bit hard to use since it needed an external converter for electricity. Now there is a new magnetic driven pump with direct connect to electricity. Makes life so much easier.Had to make a run to the local hardware store to get some connectors. But was well worth it.
Temps kept well with the whole brew and the chilling was a breeze since could circulate the worth whole time in the mash tun and get much more efficiency from the chiller.
Plans for next set is to add quick connectors to still improve the ease with the system.
Also, another thing that needs attention is the control box. The electric cable broke and of course, some bits was left inside the control box. So that needs to be checked before next brew.
